The place is dark and unsafe. the maintenance staff will tell you to call back the next day just so that they don't have to deal with the issue at hand at the moment. The rent has gone up by more than 41% in one year, and is going to climb by the looks of thins, half the community moved out when this new management took over. The last owners were no better and but these guys are worse. I would warn anyone looking at this place to drive by. There are much better places to live.
