Not A Good Place To Live.

Rented: From 2004 To 2007

IT may look charming and quiet when you first pull in but please don't let this fool you. For one the people in the office are never there, never answer the phone and never return messages. There was a serious ant problem and it took them 2 years to finally get rid of them all. On top of that they had the nerve to tell me that the ant problem was my fault and that I needed to clean my apartment, which was perfectly clean. Our sink was leaking and the dishwasher was broken and it took them over 2 weeks to come and fix it. There is never any parking, our tires were slashed twice and our neighbor's car was broken into and the whole stearing colum was torn out. For how small the apartments are and how expensive they are thye stopped including heat in the rent. I would not suggest moving in here unless you are desparate.
