NO EXAGERATIONS!! If you like to be lured in with a tour of one good apt, and receive a quite imperfect one, complete with trash under the refridgerator, welcome home. If you like propetry management that ignores specific community problems, but worries about painting speed-bumps, welcome home. If you like increasing rent due to water and pool costs, but the pool is 25 miles away at another location, welcome home. If you like "not-so-high-speed" internet in the community center, welcome home. If you like to forfiet your $400 security deposit upon moving out, due to problems with the apt. that were present upon move-in day, welcome home. If you like tenants that own more cars than he/she/they can even drive, all while an open spot to park in can't be found, welcome home. If you like your vehicle vandilized due to local youths from the YMCA next door (not the property's fault / it didn't just happen to myself, either), welcome home.
