Rented: 2007 To 2009

During my rental lease at Arbors I encountered nothing but problems ranging from a storm knocking down a tree in the middle of my backyard which was never removed by Arbors to my pipes freezing in the winter and Arbors telling me "We can't send anyone--use a hairdryer". Now they have the nerve to deduct over $400 from my $750 security deposit for items like cleaning the house for $125 (I cleaned the house) and $50 to clean a dirty white carpet in one small bedroom that was already dirty when I moved in. There are too many other things to list. Do not rent from Arbors Management. It will be the biggest mistake you ever make. Oh and I forgot---they will wait a week to cash your rent check and then charge you a late fee claiming they received it late.
