I have lived here for seven years (unfortunately). Between the rice paper thin walls, high prices, deterioration of the neighborhood and sky high rent, I have no choice to look elsewhere. Time to get outta Dodge. Hope you don't need sleep and don't count on maintenance getting right the first time. Yes, they all need handyman degrees!!! RUN away from any Westover managed/owned property.
