Review for Centre Park Place Apartments

The Landlord is very nice and easy to work with when you can get in touch with him. Otherwise, he rarely returns phone calls or emails. He has entered my apartment on numerous occasions and not given me any notification. At times, he uses my apartment to show prospective tenants without my consent or a courtesy notice. I have been in the shower before and he has still brought prospective tenants in to look at it! I am not given notice when maintinence comes in to do work(such as replacing my windows). There has been a continued problem with the music level of my neighbors. As tenants, they are unwilling to compromise with me on their music level. The landlord doesn't address this noise issue and seems to take my complaints with a grain of salt. He is not at all sympathetic to the fact that I am being awakend at 2am because the bass on the neighbor's stereo is so loud that it is shaking my doors and windows. I don't even bother calling anymore about the noise because I know that nothing will be enforced. My toilet doesn't flush completely (discusting!). When reporting this, my landlord responded by saying that the water pressure lowers when all of the apartments are being rented. On several occasions, my water has been shut off without notice, while he repairs piping issues. When calling to inqire why my water is not working, he responds with little concern (if he even answers his phone). The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors going to the bathroom, talking, having sex, and even just walking through their apartment. I am moving soon for obvious reasons, but wanted to let people know what they are getting into with these apartments, before they are stuck in a lease like I was.
