Was Ok Until The Owner Was Released From Jail

This building was actually coming around until the owner who was convicted of fraud stealing from the gas company was released from jail. The new charges started to mount, heat and hot water which had been included was not being charged. No meters you have to trust the bill they are sending you is correct. The state senator has been contacted by many residents asking for his help in this matter. The maintenance is all but non existant. They prop the basement doors open so they can smoke and again there goes the security. The maintenance people stand in the garage smoking cigarettes. The lobby door (which is supposed to be for security) key is constantly broken. The base rent might look OK but they will just keep adding the charges on and on.
