Rented: From 2006 To 2008

I lived with Heritage Realty for over 2 years, and never had a problem. They always took excellent care of my townhouse, and outside was always well maintained. It was so refreshing to find a nice landlord in State College. I never had a decent experience before. After I moved out, I got the shock of my life-I got my deposit back! All of it! No bogus, overpriced charges, no administrative charges just for typing the check. If I ever move back into the area and have to rent, I will wait until something from Heritage Realty is empty. Abby is great to work with, not uptight like all the other landlords, and she knew me by name everytime, even over the phone! Robin is so nice, too. Trust me, rent from them!!!
