Goshen Terrace is a horrible place to live. You can hear every movement of the neighbors. The pipes scream when the neighbors shower, loud enough to wake you up.
There are horrible bug problems. There were dead caterpillars throughout the apartment, and they kept coming back and dying on the floor. I was chased around my apartment by a pair of spiders the size of silver dollars.
My last electric bill was cashed two days before the security deposit was returned, and they took the utility costs out of the security deposit anyway. It has been 10 weeks and they still have not returned the money.
When I was living there I received other peoples rent bills, meaning they did not receive them. If a check had to be returned, they put it in an envelope in front of your door. The office was closed several times with no notice.
