Review for Racquet Club Apartments

Beware of Racquet Club. They partake in the "Holcomb Project", which takes behaviorally challenged folks and puts them in the real world. While the idea of the Holcomb project is noble, the tenants that are part of Holcomb at Racquet Club are favored above the tenants who actually pay their own rent (Holcomb is funded by the state). If you don't mind getting pissed on (literally), seeing people running around with their hands down their pants (I wish I was kidding about this. Obviously no place for children.), non-stop cigarette smoke stinking up your apartment (they will tell you it's non-smoking...UNLESS YOU'RE HOLCOMB!) and schizophrenic men screaming about God-knows-what in the wee hours of the morning, then sure, move here.

If you are sane and don't wish to be completely screwed out of your hard earned money, don't live here.

I recently terminated my lease on this apartment because of the Holcomb folks. After dealing non-stop with cigarette smoke, loud, LOUD yelling (I lived 3 buildings away from the screaming schizos) and 2 schizophrenic guys pissing off of their porch onto my lawn, I'd had enough of this place.

Marks & Co., the leasing agency that runs these apartments are a bunch of idiots. I had to write a 4-page letter to them before the issues of the smoking, peeing guys was even acknowledged. I had made over 10 complaints just about the two men peeing off their porch in just the first month--I never received an acknowledgment of my complaints...no phone call, no anything. Management here is a joke.

I wouldn't want my worst enemy to live here. Don't waste your money.
