The pros: quiet. The apartments are reasonably clean.

The cons: The biggest problem is a combination of poor design and poor maintenance. The heating/cooling systems in particular are too small, poorly maintained, and won't be replaced unless they outright fail. The savings for Sharples Works are being passed on to you in the form of outrageous electric bills.
