Well, first... my landlord is the best hands down person I've ever worked with. But, some of the people break the little rules around here just making it ignorant. People always have been parking in my set space, and not to really complain, but we pay for that space and it's just common courtesy not to park there if it's not your designated area. But so far so good otherwise. Very quiet. Good place and development to raise your children. Condos are great for small families just starting or just small families in general.
