Rented: From 2006 To 2008

If you have children and value their safety do not move here. There are several children that live here that are what you would call bullies. The cops have been called several times for incidents involving these few boys. The landlady refuses to evict these problem children even though they have assaulted several children, stolen packages off of peoples porches, spray painted signs, and vandalized the school across the street. It seems that she is more concerned about getting her rent check then making sure the children that live here can play outside without being harassed. Also the rent is too high for what you get, and it goes up very high each year.
