Rented: 2005 To 2009

With a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting any place will appear to be perfect.These apartments are just that.Be prepared to have noisy neighbors,and sky high electric bills.If you live on the first floor you're paying for a headache.The maintenance man is just for putting bandaids on stuff.That's all he's allowed to do.The windows are from the seventies and function like they are 30+ years old.The rental staff they don't care about you just your money.Summertime the kids play until 10 Pm so if you work and have to get up early,better get some earplugs.And if you live on the back side of the Apts,don't go out at night,you'll either get sprayed by a skunk,or harrassed by the teenagers hanging out smoking Pot.The laundry facility is dirty and not enough machines.Overall it's not bad if you're moving from the hood.
