Before Choosing East Bay - Look Else Where

Rented: From 2006 To 2006

The U.S. Mail is rarely delivered before 4PM. Cold showers are a freak occurrence as they do not monitor the oil and it runs out. Then you hear the oil truck at 7AM pull up outside! The maintenance guys are nice, however, they are over worked, they could use some more help. Problems are fixed, but not quite like they should. Management will up your rent if you happen to disagree with them. I'm moving out!
