Review for Wayland Manor Apartments

Well Well guess I must eat my words. Always gave a good review but guess I was blinded by the nice people I have met here. THE manager Christine seemed sincere but was I fooled.THERE HAVE BEEN MANY MANY MISHAPS AND PROBLEMS WITH REPAIRS. But because We never complained (oh by the way to many to list). We were over looked, so my advice to anyone moving in make sure any repairs that are needed are finished before you move in, and any repairs needed after you move in you roar about them. If not
they won't get done, I suggest you take pictures and for mishaps list them. Christine feels like she can talk to me like I'm beneath her because I always acted you might say like a lamb, but guess what this lamb is now become the Lion that will roar. If you don't roar she dosen't consider your problems urgent. And yes I have a list and pictures and also incident reports. And another problem is Christine never seems to get messages. Strange, its always I didn't know that wasn't done. And yes Christine I know what hours you work so no need to repeat your not here certain days, and when your here know one sees you, your locked in your office and don't answer the phone, The only time you her from her is when it concerns something she wants. And people please don't blame the crew that makes the repairs, Christine hands out the work orders and decides what is urgent. Most of the staff here is great, and for the most people are polite and friendly. Well guess I should have roared from the start but never thought that would be something I needed to do, not here not at the (Walyand Manor).
