I have lived at Country Club Apts in Anderson, owned by Wilkinson. Let me tell you this is no Country Club, the noise level in this place is appalling, I can hear the toilets, pissing, sex, creaking floors, appalling. Whom ever built this place was a looser, the quality of the units are appalling. No soundproofing, nothing. The townhome is appalling. I have lived here for 12 months now shall not renew, no way. If you really want a good apt, stear clear of this place, I pay $900.00 monthly, it is full of aliens, drugs and more..
NO COUNTRY CLUB HERE....appalling...No pool, no tennis, only NOISE.....
