Rented: From 2005 To 2006

I moved into raintree because I had to move and quickly. From the day I signed my lease I have had problems. We are constantly lied to by management. I have been charged fees that were not explained. I was told to come up with the money for these unexplained fees in 1 hour or they would go to the courthouse and file evition papers. For the first 3 months of living here my water was brown, undrinkable and i refused to bathe my child in it. 2 months ago the unit above me had a water leak that came into my apartment. after they left the puddles for 2 days the still have not fixed the cieling or checked for mold. and these are my good experiences with this place.
