I have to agree to the same about the dog poop and the apathy of Management and Maintenance-- prior to October, 2009, when the staff of both areas radically changed, to what appear to be younger, more energetic and caring members. And I am looking over the dog-poop problem as I have a small dog and don't want to be blamed for waste oversight. So far everything is looking good and it appears the Management and Maintenance are on the ball! There's very little noise problems thus far.
I'd like to see more energy-efficient appliances in the apartments. But the features are nice, such as the garbage disposal, bathroom heaters, and dishwashers.
