We moved into the "great apartment" unknowing what we were getting into. First of all they have no insulation so the power was very high, around 250 a month for a 2 bedroom apt. Overall this place is a rat hole, that ppl rent for some reason, police are always here for some disturbance, and ppl are always breaking into something around here. Its a good starter apartment, if you wanna deal with this kinda trash.
