After living in Sawgrass I have made a choice to never rent an apartment again! The apartment they show you is a model, and yours will be nothing like it. You will have no light fixtures, and will have to supply your lighting with lamps, ect. No ceiling fans as well. No assigned parking so if others have guests you must walk a mile to your apartment. Oh yeah and the best thing of all is that the management will come and go from your apartment as they please and you can do nothing about it. If they don't like the way you vacuum they will right you a lease violation!!! It's worse than living with your parents. The upside, they have a pool which is kept clean.
