Review for Charles Pointe Apartments

Going downhill fast but cosmetic appearance LOOKS good. The so called caring staff is now grouchy about everything brought to their attention, especially when it concerns other (unruly) tenants, and the personal friendly touch is a thing of the past. Used to be a place you were proud to call home....unique and privileged to live there. Does not feel like a special community any more just a place to live like others are. Glad there are some new promising apartments opening in the area...........
