Review for Landmark Woods Apartments

I just want to warn everyone that in the landmark contract, it states that any person who does not have their name on the lease cannot stay at the apartment for more than TWO nights per MONTH. so, if you have friends, significant others, etc. who want to stay ..i don't know..a reasonable 5 times a MONTH it is out of the question...they will be considered "living at landmark" and have to sign the lease. I have never heard of such, and want people to know that unless they want to be told who can and cannot stay in their apartment they pay for, do not rent from this place. If you want to be watched and told who can stay in YOUR apartment, then landmark is the place for you!
