This the most broken down overpriced, roach infested dump I have ever lived in my life. The appliances are over 35 years old, I have mold damage, no hot water, the disposal blew up and the water heater and air condition unit both flooded my unit four times in one month and they never fixed ut. You are surrounded by illegal aliens, loud music and no chanch to wash your clothes in laundry room. You would be better off living in a tent than living at The Views on 3500 Pelham Road. Do not rent from this place.
