Want to swim, Yeah Sure we have a pool.. Management is always there sun tanning instead of doing thier jobs... People from all around can swim here.. but if you pay rent, don't bother the pool will be dirty by the time you get to it...

Want to hear your Neighbors CRAP music from your apartment? That's an everyday thing here at Poplar Place...

Wants some bugs? We have them here too.. Even though Maintenance will say we don't.. but they'll start spraying the following day..

Maintenance??? What's that?? I'm my own Maintenance.. birds in bathroom fan I had to be my own Maintenance man to fix that.. Outlets sticking out of the wall will Maintenance fix it .. No and if they do it will be wrong or shotty ....Mold or Broken door.. Maintenance can't be bothered with that...
