Review for The Regency At Chandler Part Apartments

The parking - horrible! You are allowed only 1 pass to park in front of building otherside you're parking in the back nine, which has no lighting, fence or patrolling of any kind. The property manager however, has a front row parking spot right in front of her building.


Noise - don't think about keeping your windows open because the noise from kids screaming and running in the parking lot will make it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet. The gang of kids play in the center of the parking lot. They play football around all of the parked cars and skateboard down the parking lot.


The office is closed more than open. I've had to wait to get a UPS package until Monday because the office was closed from Friday Noon until then.


Gangs of teenagers hanging out on the steps, sitting on cars in front of that building and whooping and hollering clear across the parking lot to others walking. They loiter night and day.
