Way overpriced, lots of bugs, barking dogs, dog shit, noisy neighbors, and frequent intrusions by staff. SUBSTANTIAL rent increase to continue lease. The only service I got for my 2 service requests was LIP SERVICE from Kathy and her bimbo staff.
