Review for North Cove Apartments

North cove has real potential, unfortunately they let almost anyone in their apartments. Our only real issue was our upstairs neghbors. (3 different neighbors in one year). Our first neighbor shot a pistol and the bullet went into another neighbor's truck. He was gone within a week. The second neighbors had parties every other night and "wrestled" in the living room, kept a dog that was always unleashed that would poop in our entry way. The third neighbors woke up at ungodly hours and act like it was mid day, vacuuming, etc at 6 am on a sat morning. The complex did ALOT of surprise visits like they were looking for something to bust you with. Nice pool, but everyone who didnt live there would come visit from other complexes. The gym had old equipment that rarely worked. I did feel safe there. There is a place to wash the car, ok parking but seemed like visitors always got good parking while renters got screwed. Complex itself seemed kind of old, maybe 80s needed updating but clean, no bugs etc. We had carpet that have been replaced but wasnt. Also had neighbors behind us who never reported their leaky toilet and caused a huge mold problem in our place but the maintenance people took care of it quickly. Was a real pain though. We moved here from out of state, I dont think I would go back myself, but I dont think its a bad place. I think there are better for the money.
