Review for Whisper Creek Apartments

DO NOT MOVE TO WHISPER CREEK APARTMENTS!! They take your money and do not care about the people who live in their apartments!! 1) Safety: They have admitted to me that they know people who do not clear background checks end up moving in with people who do, and they want to avoid any further crimes in the apartments, so they ask us to let the office handle any problems, but they don't. People move out because the office does not handle problems and people do not feel safe or respected in these apartments!! I have a child, and I DO NOT feel safe; I cannot wait to move!! Parking: Why is parking even on this review? All apartments have some place to park, and that's something you're aware of before you move in, but I suppose parking problems can arise. The parking is not horrible here. I have been in better parking situations. (The parking at the front office is bad and restricts driving, posing a hazard to possible wrecks.) I had a lady get out of her car and hit my door twice with her door and just go about her day as if she had no respect that I watched her hit my car. Appearance: That apartments appear nice and decent, but the trash is bad. If people smoke, the cigarettes just lay outside and are a horrible eyesore!! No one cleans them up or makes them clean them up. There is trash along the steps and sidewalks that never gets cleaned up unless a tenant picks it up. Even Disney World is cleaner than this place!! They even have places for pet owners to dispose of their pet's waste, and it is not enforced; there is dog poop all over the place!! Office Staff: The office staff is HORRIBLE!! They appear super nice to you and do anything they can to get you to rent the place, but as soon as you move in, they do not care anymore. They have told me that my noise complaints are not worthy when I cannot sleep at night because my neighbors are outside until 2 a.m. They refuse to let me speak with their manager, and they will not let me transfer to another unit even if I pay the ridiculous transfer fee. They won't allow me to talk to my neighbors to try and resolve issues, yet they allow annoying solicitors in, even when they have a no soliciting sign. They are two-faced and dwindle you out of your money!! They should be ashamed!! Maintenance: The maintenance guy does not do what he is supposed to. I wrote my list of problems when I moved into my apartment, and they still have not been taken care of, and he tried to tell me what I could do to fix them, and I was like absolutely not!! He sits outside of his little garage and smokes during the day. Condition of the unit: They think because they have tile floors, they are gold, but the condition is not as good as it should be when someone moves in; that's for sure!! Noise level: NOISE IS THE WORST. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people outside and above you really loudly, and you can hear EVERYTHING!! I have lived in 4 different apartments for 4 years, and I have never once made a noise complaint. I have only been here a month and have already made 5. It is AWFUL and not a comfortable living environment!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
