Review for North Town Apartments

My apartment ended up being a glorified storage unit. It was so bad, I couldn't even live in it and there was no way to get out of my lease unless I wanted to pay 2 months rent plus my security deposit. (Over $2000 for me!) When I moved in, there was vomit all over the outside patio. I asked management to clean it three different times without success.

I had multiple problems with the place, the door didn't close right and you had to really pull it to lock it, there was water damage under the sink, and nothing ever was fixed. The entire complex is very dirty! There is trash everywhere from parties and it doesn't get cleaned up.

The ventilation is horrible, so if you don't smoke, BEWARE! My entire apartment smelled like smoke. I had to wash all my clothes and clean everything when I moved out.

I can't speak about the noise because I never stayed there, but I agree with the other reviews, MANAGEMENT is horrible. They don't listen, are clueless, and don't care. I think they just expect your complaints to magically fix themselves!

Unless you are a college student looking to party, this is not a good place for a professional or a family. And this is coming from a Male's Perspective! Good luck!
