slow response to work orders, if any response-follow up is necessary to get anything done; minimal repairs done=a band-aid to fix problems in the short term; paper work and rent checks are lost by management more often than they should; the $300 non-refundable fee per pet is a bit steep-i can't imagine paying that if i had more than one pet;

so many other issues have come up, but we now have new management. i'm cautiously optimistic they will get up to speed with managing a property.

despite management problems and cutting corners, the property itself is beautiful. on the ashley river, trees, ponds, ducks... wonderful location. always lots of parking and very peaceful. I hope this new management team can turn things around.
