Review for Copper Beech Apartments

Ants... the place flood and was infested with ants when I first moved in (Aug 2007).

DO NOT expect to receive much, if any of your security deposit. When we left, we painted, plastered and vacuumed the entire place before we left, returning it in almost pristine condition. We got back 20% of our security deposit because they said they had to... guess... paint, plaster, and replace the blinds (1 blind was broken because they are more brittle than a 2" icicle. So if you're looking for a place to get screwed over, where you'll never find parking on weekends/gamedays, or just want to live in a crappy apartment then Copper Beech is for you! I will say though, if you are looking for quietness from neighbors (because floors are thin but walls are soundproof) then this is for you too. My neighbors actually shot a shotgun and 3 .45 handguns in their unit and no noise was heard by the neighbors. There you go!
