Review for Hallmark At Timberlake Apartments

Well the apartment opened up this past April and it was peaceful. It was my first apartment and I was so excited to move in for a new start. The mgmt was a little sturn, but now I see why. After new mgmt came in after just three months, the screening process got slack. I see people moving in that was selling drugs when I was in high school and still is. There are always beer cans on the steps in which my children have to step over to get up the stairs and I am tired of picking up as well as old cigarettes. people speed through the neighborhood like it's the Dorchester dragway. Our lease says the late fee is 50.00 and for some reason it's 75.00 with no reasoning from mgmt. ( they feel it's no reason to explain.) With 84 apartments there is one trash spot and you guess it, trash is often outside of the receptacle up front for future residents to see first when they come into the complex. Yet they keep an upscale attitude to sugar code everything else, that is otherwise unacceptable. And you would think that they would keep the simple things in tact, to lure in the responsible, clean, thankful tenants that would appreciate such a fine apartment complex. guess money is always more important. I would like to thank them for one thing, now I know what to look for and what not to accept when I look for my next apartment. if I would be able to trust moving into another one. This first experience is not a good one, but it will be my last.
