Review for The Overlook At Golden Hills Apartments

I moved right after the Overlook opened and was very impressed. Not long after I noticed that no one in the office was ever on the same page, maintenance was always slow and never helpful and features that were promised never appeared-- no security gate, no pet play area and no improvement of landscaping. The dumpsters are frequently overflowing, the grassy areas are covered with mud and the new speed bumps are ridiculous. Tenants were also forced to empty out the water tank closets with little notice and locks were put on them without explanation. The walls are paper thin and each tenant I know of has had at least two major issues-- broken AC, no hot water, flooding, etc. The staff knows how to sell you so do your homework before signing any lease!
