The community is gated, the perimeter doors secure (have to have a fob to get in), closed in garage that is remote access only, and security cameras in the hallways! There is not a corner outside that is dark... I have never felt so safe! Management knows everyone here, their dogs name, and is always asking people to come in and say hi! It is a brand new property so it's nice to know everything in your apartment is brand-spanking new. In a couple years, you can buy so it is a good investment opportunity. Absolutely the best place in Spartanburg!
