Rented: From 2007 To 2007

The apartments in this building are nice...If rent was $350 for a 2 br...at $500, its not worth it. Stay clear of Moriarity, especially if there is any chance things might get broken, or the ceiling might fall in...(Has happened 2 times in the last 2 years...and is about to again.)
