This is a nice place to live. The price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is timely and efficient. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy, but generally is safe. It is close to Hy-vee and lots of restaurants and a video store. The carpet seemed new, as they have it shampooed every year. They are extremely pet friendly, and their deposit and pet rent are reasonable. The size of the living room and bed room are large, although the kitchen and bathroom are a bit small. Overall I thought this was a great place to live.
