Windsor Heights always is complaining about poop in the front yard, always blaming it on you when you always clean up after your dog, and is always leaving notes yelling at the tenants. It's annoying. And my neighbors upstairs constantly walk around and make noise, yet they complained about us making noise at 1 am when we went to bed at 11pm? Makes sense. The lady below us has a dog that constantly barks. The other people in our building are nice, but I feel like we can't even watch TV at a normal noise without getting a complaint. As for as the quality of the apartments, they are nice but not incredible. If you have a truck or big SUV, they don't fit in the garage. The main lady in the office doesn't really know what she's talking about, so ask for her boss! Good luck if you move in!
