Fort Wood Apartment Experience.

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Our son leased an apartment with Bruce hagermyer at forst wood apartments in 2008. Bruce failed to give back deposit although stated it would be sent after final walk through. this was a year ago.
Bruce is a one man operation but states he will take it up with his accounting staff. He is another who give the Jewish people a bad name. i would not recomend his apartments for a lot of other reasons. but suffice to say when his one year lease was up my son moved.
In case you are wondering. rent always paid on time or before time. yet any requests for things to be fixed never happened.
