Review for Waterford Place Apartments

I moved here in May 2009 and simply could not be happier! Everything is beautifully maintained: buildings, landscaping, interiors, etc. Excellent quality in appliances and materials with open floorplans that are well laid out and spacious. They have the best prices for apartments I was able to find in Chattanooga with quality that exceeds every expectation. I pay $550.00 a month. They pay for water. Really. I have a stackable washer and dryer that came with my one bedroom apartment which is near impossible to find. They have firewalls, which is very important to me. From the initial meeting, to the walkthrough and contract signing they were open and answered all my questions. And I usually have lots of questions. Everyone has their own entrance here, just like if you lived in a house. There are no breezeways and open staircases. This really personalizes the experience and makes it feel homey. I have lived in a number of other apartment complexes and I can say this one is very special. I love the atmosphere here. It is very peaceful, serene and warm. I have met several of my neighbors and they are all exceptionally friendly and I enjoy seeing and speaking with them. The staff are wonderful! They go that extra mile to make sure you really feel at home and are genuinely happy. They are always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. They respond quickly to any concern you have, whether large or small. If you have a package delivered to the office and you cannot pick it up, just let them know and they will put it in your apartment for you. Maintenance is very attentive and always leaves my apartment nice and clean when they come and tend to anything in my apartment. I always feel safe and really do love it here!
