Review for Colony House Apartments

First off, the manager here is EXCELLENT! She is really nice and is willing to work with you. She always makes you feel welcome even when you see her out in town. Its not in a bad location but it could be better. Very close to popular shopping centers. Parking is excellent we always park right in front of our apartment. We did not have to put in a deposit instead we only had to pay a 100 dollar cleaning fee which we do not get back but that is better than a deposit. The pool and laundry room are always neat and organized. Pet friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE....
