Review for Davison Properties Construction Apartments

We moved in here because we were in a pinch and it took us so long to move out simply because moving is a pain in the butt... coming up with the security deposit again and all. We rented @ 1900 Dixie Ave. (The 2 bedrooms). They had a massive insect infestation and no matter how clean you kept your apt you could not get rid of it. Even with Orkin coming in to spray. Problems didn't get fixed in a timely manner. (Leaks or appliances). Water was originally included in rent and then suddenly they decided to charge us individually based on how many folks lived at the apt. They took how many apts were in the complex and divided that in the total bill and then figured your cost based on whether you had a washer. Some people were paying $50 in water bill. It is an insane price compared to someone who owns their own home. There were no individual water meters. You can also only get direct TV service and only from the landlord. The Landlords were nice people but never seemed to care about us or our problems.
