Review for Soard Properties Apartments

Soard Properties are cons!!! They will never give you your deposit back, even if you hire a maid to clean! Move-in ready, the carpets are still filthy. They let their properties fall apart, they don't repair. They'll just tare them down one day and build new when it gets bad enough. They're rude, hateful and they practically laugh in your face that they got more of your money! Sadly they own most of the rentals in town, so some people have to live with it. It's sickning! They refused to give my deposit back and said that hiring a lawyer costs more than the deposit and laughed! They take advantage of the poor!
