Review for Grove At Shelby Farms Apartments

Did you hear about the carjacking at Colonial Grand? It happened on Christmas night. Someone followed a tenant through the gate, then carjacked the tenant. I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. Security at Colonial Grand is sorely lacking, and the management there should be ashamed. Oh, wait. I remember having a problem there a few months ago and the manager telling me on the phone that "residents' safety is not my concern." That pretty much says it all, doesn't it? What a lousy person and what a lousy place. I'm leaving when my lease expires. This place is just an overpriced ghetto.

Don't even get me started on the pathetic workmanship. We have cracks on the walls throughout the apartment from the building settling. And don't get me started about parking and the ridiculously narrow parking spaces that result in dings and scratches on my car all the time. What an awful place. And what an awful manager.
