For The Price They Need Improvements

No parking, The pool is full of drunks and usually too crowded because of people who dont even live here., People smoke all around the outside of my apartment and leave butts, People park in non parking spots which makes backing out an adventure. It is ok but for 900 a month they need another pool and someone driving around in a golf cart or something watching for the things mentioned above .. Plus I am noticing a lot of younger college kids that put 4 or 5 in an apartment and listen to loud music
