Review for Monthaven Park Apartments

Beautiful neighborhood and landscape..one of the reasons water is so high im sure.... Safety officers to make you feel secure....and convince you to pay a lil more for rent. Office staff friendly but ultimately useless in helping you should money problems arise...and trust me they will...your rent is about 840 with water,pest control,trash and sewer it'll be closer to 930. The pest control you get charged for doesnt work, silverfish and spiders galore, not to mention other bugs that i havent been able to identify...best bet to buy some pest killer yourself or hire someone to come because monthaven wont take care of it they spray outside supposedly and thats it. noise level is fairly quiet depending on neighbors sadly for us we ran into a few problems there. parking is good unless it is after 8 pm. the unit is generally in good condition, not very baby friendly and some of the fixtures in the bathroom can easily break but for the most part since they are new its kept together somewhat. make sure to check what rent price you'll pay to some of the 2bedrooms go for 840 while others of the same size go lower for 700 something. Is it nice yes...but really i would stay away and look for a cheaper place most around here are just as nice, but a little friendlier on the wallet.
