Review for Northridge Apartments

Be very wary about renting here if you want to get any of your security deposit returned to you. You'll be charged the entire security deposit, regardless of how much you vacuum and clean the apartment when you leave.

When the decision to rent the apartment was made, the carpeting was stained severely from a previous owner's animal. This was noted on the check-in sheet. If you own a pet, there is an understandable requirement of $300.00 pet deposit, which will also be forfeit. However, my small dog did not create any additional stains to this apartment's carpet.

The staff is unflexible and difficult to deal with. They are not there for customer service . . . they are only there to take your check. This apartment complex is not worth the "hassle." There are better places to live in Jackson.
