All I can say is WOW. This place is horrible. The "landlords" more known as "SLUMLORDS" Corey Gutgsell and Kristie Hurbiss are possibly the worst people to ever know in or around Jackson TN. Look at there other properties. Brookfield Apts. And Heritage Apts. The crime rate is unbelievable. And the not so little girl that works for them Nikkie my god they make for a horrible business if I ever found one. I was so glad to find out that the city of Jackson TN was tearing the place down. Good job city officials.
