Review for Chuck Rich Properties Apartments

I cannot believe I lived here for a year--I was new to Johnson City and didn't know anything about the place. Where should I start......Many, many, many BUG problems! Insulation problems! Heating and cooling problems! No parking whatsoever! You only get one parking space for a two bedroom apartment! Chuck Rich is nice and friendly when you look at the place, awful when you move in. Please, for your own sake and sanity, do not live here. I am actually considering getting a lawyer involved based on the health issues that could arrise from the bug infestation.
