Review for Matson Village Apartments

Matson Village is a complex which contains fairly small units, but is very affordable for college students. At the time of writing this, my rent is only $405 per month and I'm paying a pet fee. Appliances are VERY outdated and the units have poor lighting and a windowed air conditioning unit. In addition, the heating during the winter is only supplied by outdated baseboard heating. These outdated appliances cause a major increase in the electric bill. The water heater is also not very good.

Place is safe, affordable for college students. Safe neighborhood.

Would rent here if i had to again.
